As of October 24th, 2003, The band and artist(s) known as "Othelio", was Officially Terminated, and are
No Longer Connected with Planet Earth Records, Neon Soldier Publishing, and Off World Digital, in Any Way, Shape or Form.
Planet Earth Records, Neon Soldier Publishing, and Off World Digital's Management had no alternative but to
Terminate Othelio, for Non-Compliance of Contractual Obligations, and has been Officially declared that:
Craig Stephens, a member of the band known as "Othelio";
Debbie Stephens, a member of the band known as "Othelio";
Geoff Williams, a member of the band known as "Othelio";
Officially and Forever, are Terminated, from any and all business dealings with Planet Earth Records, Neon Soldier Publishing, Off World Digital, it's employees and it's subsidiaries .
All Contractual Obligations between Craig Stephens, Debbie Stephens, Geoff Williams, and Planet Earth Records and it's subsidiaries,
are Officially Terminated, Cancelled, Nulled, and Voided.
All Contractual Obligations between the band "Othelio", including, but not limited to it's band members, and any and all business dealings with
Planet Earth Records, it's employees and it's subsidiaries, are Officially Terminated, Cancelled, Nulled, and Voided.
"Othelio" was Officially Terminated from Planet Earth Records on October 24, 2003.
